OSE Partnership


	While a partnership between agriculture & energy to build an ethanol plant may seem unique to some people, we believe it represents a winning combination. OSE has a commitment to the earth & using its renewable resources wisely.

Rather than shipping corn, sorghum and other crops out of the area as raw commodities, OSE’s investment in Oklahoma Ethanol provides an alternative for Oklahoma and Oklahoma farmers. Rather than paying the railroad, this project is working to pay the 293 farmer and other investors in OSE.

Oklahoma Sustainable Energy LLC “OSE” is a limited liability company formed on October 17, 2005. OSE and Chaparral Energy, L.L.C. have formed a unique partnership to plan, construct and operate a large ethanol facility in Enid Oklahoma.

During the months of August, September and October OSE held

informational meetings throughout the state, offering for sale 14,000,000 limited liability company units at $1.00 per Unit.

As a result of the offering OSE is now comprised of 293 members.
