Board of Managers:
As a limited liability company, we are governed
by a Board of Managers. Our Operating Agreement provides for a three
to seven member Board of Managers. The table on the left sets forth
the name and position of our Managers and executive officers. Managers
are generally elected at the annual meeting of the Members and hold
office until their successors are elected. Executive Officers are elected
by the Board of Managers and serve at its discretion.
