Scott Blubaugh
Manager

Scott Blubaugh is a Member of OSE and a Director of OKFUSE. He manages and operates 1,500 acres of crop and grassland in north central Oklahoma and produces wheat, corn, grain sorghum, soybeans and alfalfa.

He has served on state and national policy committee for the Oklahoma Farmers Union and has been involved in other boards and associations. He is a member of the Ag Taskforce for the Tonkawa Chamber of Commerce, a field organizer to work on agricultural legislative issues for an eight county grassroots organization.

A member of the Oklahoma State Ethanol Advisory Committee, a Member of that organization's Nominating Committee, a Farmers Cooperative Association Delegate, and a Member of the National Policy Drafting Committee for the National Farmers Union.

He also has a cow/calf herd and stocker operation and custom combines crops in the local area. Mr. Blubaugh is a Oklahoma Farmers Union member and insurance agent.

Gary Bledsoe,
Manager & Vice President

Gary Bledsoe is a Manager and a Vice President of the Company. He is also an advisor to Oklahoma Farmers Union Sustainable Energy.

He was employed by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture for 32 years. His principle work involvement included agricultural marketing activities and management. He is currently a consultant to the Department of Agriculture in rural economic development.

Mr. Bledsoe is active in recruitment of out of state companies, expansions of in state companies and instrumental in new startups. He led the Agriculture Department's initiative to create a statewide feasibility study for ethanol, which was completed in January of 2003.

Gary Bledsoe

Mr. Bledsoe received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Education from Oklahoma State University. He owns a commercial and registered cattle operation in Lincoln County, Oklahoma.

Mike Frickenschmidt
Vice Chairman & Vice President
of the Board of Managers

Mike Frickenschmidt is the Vice Chairman of our Board of Managers and a Vice President of the Company. He is also a Manager at Oklahoma Ethanol.

He is also a Director of OKFUSE. He has served as the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Agricultural Cooperative Council since 1995, where he is employed on a full time basis.

He received a Bachelors of Science Degree and a Masters of Science Degree in Agricultural Education and Administration from Oklahoma State University.

From 1984-1992, he served as an export grain trader and as a consultant for the Union Equity Cooperative Exchange. From 1983 to 1984, Mr. Frickenschmidt served as Director of Research and Development for Johnston Seed Company.

Mike Frickenschmidt was a County Extension Agent for Oklahoma State University in Kingfisher and Logan Counties from 1972 to 1981. He is an active farmer and rancher in Enid, Oklahoma.

Terry Detrick,
Chairman & President
of the Board of Managers

Terry Detrick is the Chairman of our Board of Managers and the President of the Company. He is also a Manager of Oklahoma Ethanol. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the President of Oklahoma Farmers Union Sustainable Energy.

He received a Bachelors Degree in Business and Education from Phillips University. Since 1998, Mr. Detrick has been the Vice-President of Oklahoma Farmers Union, headquartered in Oklahoma City, where he is employed on a full time basis.

Mr. Detrick is the immediate past President of the National Association of Wheat Growers and has served on many state, national and international committees and boards. He also serves as producer representative to the Federal Reserve's Central District “Study for Rural America.”

Mr. Detrick and his son, Brad, operate and manage a 2,800 acre farming and ranch operation in Ames, Oklahoma, which produces small grains, hay and beef cattle. He has been selected twice to serve on a National policy drafting committee. In 1992, he was appointed to the first Governors Oklahoma AG Roundtable.

Since 1996, he has served on the Oklahoma State University's Dean's advisory committee. In the 2000 preparation to draft the 2002 Farm Bill, he was selected to Chair the National Commodity Round table.

Terry Detrick

Mr. Detrick received the “Mr. Wheat” award in 2001, which is the Oklahoma Wheat Grower Association's highest award. He served as Director of his local Farmer's Cooperative Association for fifteen years.

Mr. Detrick has been appointed by the USDA Secretary of Agriculture to the National Cattleman's Beef Board, which oversees the administration of beef check-off dollars.
